  • Design a consistent and comprehensive action plan to meet a significant challenge involving process and organizational changes,
  • Clearly define each team member’s commitments with regard to the change and development initiatives,
  • A new way of being, individual and collective, authentic, contributory and united.
This workshop is designed for executive or operational teams from all industries, including the public sector: management teams, cross-funtion group, support functions, manufacturing, logistics, R&D, cross-function initiatives, etc.

The workshop, residential, for 8 to 16 people, takes place over 2 full days followed up 2 months later with one day re alignment.
