To share a common vision
A new action plan:
- Create a simple, shared vision of the enterprise, the organization or a given activity,
- Design a consistent and comprehensive action plan to meet a significant challenge involving process and organizational changes,
- Clearly define each team member’s commitments with regard to the change and development initiatives,
- A new way of being, individual and collective, authentic, contributory and united.
The workshop, residential, for 8 to 16 people, takes place over 2 full days followed up 2 months later with one day re alignment.
